How filter4d Login Security Works
Every time you log into filter4d, your email and password travel through an encrypted channel. We do not store your password in plain text — instead, we hash it and compare the hash to what you send. If there is a match, you are in.
After a successful login, filter4d issues a session token to your device. This token is what keeps you logged in. You do not have to re-enter your password every time you refresh the page or return to the app the next day. The token sits securely in your browser or app storage.
If our system detects unusual activity — like a login from a new device, or a password change request from an unfamiliar location — we may ask you to verify your identity using a code sent to your registered email. This two-factor confirmation adds an extra layer so no one else can hijack your account even if they somehow obtain your password.
Step-by-Step filter4d Login
The login process is intentionally short. Here is what you do:

Open filter4d app or website
Launch the mobile app from your phone home screen, or visit filter4d.app on a browser.

Tap the login button
On the landing page, select "Member login" or the login icon to reach the credential entry screen.

Enter your email and password
Type the email address you registered with and your password. Do not share these with anyone.

Tap login and confirm if prompted
If filter4d detects a new device or unusual access pattern, enter the verification code sent to your email. Then proceed to your dashboard.

You are logged in
Your account dashboard loads. You can now view your balance, access live tables, check odds for Liga 1 or Piala AFF, and manage your settings.
Session Duration and Automatic Logout on filter4d
filter4d keeps you logged in for an extended period, typically 30 days, as long as you remain active. "Active" means you are interacting with the platform — viewing a live table, placing a sportsbook wager, or checking your account balance.
If you do not use filter4d for 30 days, your session expires for security reasons. Your next visit will ask you to log in again. This timeout prevents unauthorized access if you leave a shared device unattended or if your phone is lost.
If you close the filter4d app without explicitly logging out, you stay logged in. Reopen the app, and your dashboard appears instantly. This is intentional — we want to minimize friction so you can rejoin a live blackjack table or check Idul Adha or Idul Fitri holiday odds without delay.
Speed and security are not opposites on filter4d. We use session tokens and encryption so you log in once and stay secure without repeated authentication.
Recovering Your filter4d Account if You Forget Your Password
If you forget your password, the login screen displays a "Forgot Password?" link. Tap it to start recovery.
You are asked to enter the email address associated with your filter4d account. We send a password reset link to that email. Click the link (usually valid for one hour) to set a new password. Choose a strong password — at least eight characters, mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and a symbol.
Once you confirm the new password, your session resets. Log in with your new credentials, and your account is accessible again. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
Logging In on Multiple Devices
You can log into filter4d simultaneously on different devices. For example, play live roulette on your phone while tracking Liga 1 odds on your laptop. Each device maintains its own session token, so logging out on one does not affect the others.
However, if we detect login attempts from unusual locations at the same time (e.g., Jakarta and Medan within seconds), we may flag it as suspicious and ask for verification. This is a security measure. Respond to the verification email, and you are back in.
Fingerprint and Face Recognition on filter4d Mobile App
The filter4d mobile app supports biometric login on iOS and Android. After you log in once with your email and password, you can enable fingerprint or face recognition in your account settings under "Security."
Once enabled, opening the app prompts you to scan your fingerprint or face. If it matches, you are logged in immediately. This bypasses the email/password screen entirely, making login faster while keeping your account secure.
Your biometric data never travels to our servers. It stays on your device and is used only for local authentication. If your phone is stolen or you lose access, log in through the web version using your email and password, then remove the biometric permission from your settings.
When and How to Log Out of filter4d
You do not need to log out of filter4d after every session. In fact, staying logged in is more convenient for frequent play. However, log out if:
- You are using a shared computer or phone (library, café, friend's device).
- You suspect someone else has accessed your account.
- You are leaving your device unattended for an extended time.
- You want to fully end your session for privacy reasons.
To log out, tap your account menu (usually in the top-right corner) and select "Logout." Your session token is discarded, and the next visitor to the app or browser sees the login screen.
If you suspect unauthorized access, log out immediately, change your password, and enable two-factor verification on your account. Contact our customer support team if you spot unfamiliar transactions or games you do not remember playing.
Common Login Issues and Solutions
Cannot Log In – Wrong Email or Password
Double-check your email spelling and password. Both are case-sensitive. If you are confident they are correct, use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset. Make sure you are entering the email that was registered when you created your filter4d account — some players register with one email and try to log in with another.
Account Locked After Multiple Failed Login Attempts
filter4d temporarily locks your account after five incorrect password attempts to prevent brute-force attacks. Wait subject to verification before trying again, or use the password reset option to regain access immediately.
Verification Code Not Arriving
Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes email filters misroute our messages. If you still do not see it, request a new code. If you cannot access the email associated with your filter4d account, contact our customer support team and provide your username and registered phone number for identity verification.
App Keeps Logging You Out
If you are logged out unexpectedly between uses, your session may have expired due to 30+ days of inactivity. Simply log in again. If it happens frequently, clear your app cache (Settings → Apps → filter4d → Storage → Clear Cache) and try again. If the problem persists, reinstall the app or reach out to support.
Login Works on Web but Not on Mobile App
Ensure your app is up to date (check your app store for updates). An outdated app may not connect to our latest server. Restart your phone, clear the app cache, and try again. If that does not work, uninstall and reinstall the app.
